✅ Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • The product must be in resalable condition

  • You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used products

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Gift cards or promotional items


🔄 Return Process

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if item arrived damaged)

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address.

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.


💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • If your refund is late or missing, please check with your bank or credit card provider before contacting us


📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We’ll replace it or issue a full refund—on us.
